- Microsoft Enterprise Library-Kenntnisse
- C # language
- SQL Server 2005 (T-SQL, Stored Procedures)
- Visual Studio development environment
- Office / Visio / Project
- Desirable: Knowledge SAP IS-U or other billing systems (eg telecommunications)
- Wünschenswert: Microsoft Certified Application Developer o.ä.
