Change BackColor of ToolStrip and ToolStripLabel: VB.NET

Some things look so simple, if you want it then make but, then one is suddenly as the ox Vormberg.
A good example of this is changing the BackColor Property of the ToolStrip object or the ToolStrip labels, namely at runtime.
Simply by assigning a color of the BackColor property this is not done namely!
If you want to change the background color of these objects, we must first turn on the Render Mode of ToolStrip object on "System".
Although there are three different render modes for the ToolStrip, but only "System" allows changing the background color.
The Render Mode you can make on the Properties in Visual Studio or of course in code.
But beware: Visual Studio sets the RenderMode immediately on "System" when this would happen at some point in the program.
It is not to change this property at runtime in code!
So much on the subject.
I was quite surprised when the BackColor allocation not achieved the desired effect at the first time.
That is why I hope this tip can now keep one or the other of you in front of it
