Although the texts as part of a research paper, are peppered with references and notes to Gesetzesparagraphan, the script is nevertheless written enjoyable course.
Given the 587 pages of course you have plenty of time to durchzuackern this ham on the side. But it's worth it, as I discovered when skimming.
For practitioners also are still Inhang model contracts found on various issues, which makes this document even more worthwhile.
